In this strategy six steps are to be followed.

  • In the first step and outline of teaching is prepared.
  • The second step provides the direction to the role, to act as teacher, students and observer.
  • In third steps pupil-teacher has to decide the topic tobe taught and the social skills is be developed.
  • The fourth step determines the techniques to be used for observing the teaching-behavior.
  • In fifth step pupil-teacher has to practice. The teacher behavior is recorded by the observers of this teaching.
  • In the last step teaching is followed by discussion and suggestions for the modifications of behavior.
