Conceptual skill are the ability to think and conceptualize about abstract situations to see the organization as an whole and the relationship among its various submits and to visualize how the organization fits into its broader environment.

1. Patience.

I’m sure you’ve heard the saying that patience is a virtue. Well scrap that, because in the classroom patience is a necessity. In order to maintain good working relationships with the students that you teach, you need to be able to demonstrate patience. 2. Determination

3. Consistency

Treat identical situations differently, simply because of the child involved, and you’re setting yourself up for failure.
